The History Of Ojibwa Tea And Extract

The formula for this product originated from
the OJibwa Indian Tribe in Cobalt Canada. The ingredients grow abundantly in Ontario and are nothing more than harmless weeds and bark (see back panel). The most Important aspects of these herbs is that they must be harvested correctly and mixed in the proper proportions. This astound- ing results from this formula came about when
an Ojibwa medicine man offered the herbal drink to a lady suffering from breast cancer. She drank the tea daily and slowly her breast tumor tumors diminished and finally vanished altogether, leav- ing only scars where the cancer had destroyed the skin.

Canadian nurse Rene Caisse discovered the herbal recipe, first using it in 1924 on her aunt thought to be in the final stages of inoperable stomach cancer. After two months of drinking the tea, Rene’s aunt recovered and lived another 20 years. Rene renamed this the “Essiac Formula”. She began treating terminally ill cancer patients referred to her by doctors. She reportedly healed thousands from 1924 - 1940, accepting only voluntary donations for her services. The story of nurse Rene Caisse and her life’s work with her Indian herbs is told in the books, “Calling of an Angel” by Gary L. Glum and also In ‘’The Essence of Essiac” by Shena Snow.

The late president, John F. Kennedy’s personal physician, Dr. Charles A. Brusch, worked with Rene Caisse from 1959 - 1962. He treated thousands of cancer patients and after 10 years of research came to the conclusion that Essiac was a cure for cancer. After making this statement, the federal government promptly issued a gag order and gave Dr. Brusch two choices, either keep quiet or be hauled off to a military prison.

Many people say the tea Is just as popular today as It was In the 1800’s. Under the Canadian and US law, any “cure” for an illness must be registered as a drug by the Dept. of Health & Welfare under the Food and Drug Act. These herbs are available to you strictly as a food supplement, not a drug.

Subsequent to some research on alternative medicine, Richard Thomas published a book which was distributed by The Alternative Treatment Information Network stating, “a detoxified system strengthens the Immune system.”

The extract is also being used In the treatment of AIDS. According to Dr. Glum, who worked with the AIDS project In Los Angeles, “The project sent 179 patients home to die”, Dr. Glum was given five of these patients. He immediately took them off AZT and DDI and prescribed the tea three times a day. “They are exercising, eating three meals a day and their weight Is back to normal”

As people continue to seek alternative medical treatment, natural medicine seems to be gaining popularly.

There Is a universal agreement among natural healers both past and present that detoxifying your body is probably the single most Important thing you can do to restore or maintain good health. Detoxification (purification) Is the central unifying theme behind the entire story of this remarkable herbal treatment.

The Herbs for Life company has realized that purification is the key to healing and a long life of radiant health. Most cleansing agents are used over a fairly short period of time. In addition most cleansing agents have some unpleasant side effects, headache and nausea, for example. OJibwa Tea and Extract are very different.

They can be taken safely over a long period
of time (for active Illness) with nothing ‘but beneficial results. For use as a preventative or tonic a shorter or longer period of use is perfectly safe. There are no side effects and It can be taken along with any other therapies, orthodox or otherwise. Dr. Brusch felt the formula actually had the ability to identify particular toxins, gather them up, break them Down, and then discharge them.
